سياسات الشالية

• الأسعار تختلف بالمناسبات والأعياد
• الدخول و الخروج ( 02:00 ) ظهراً
• تضاف ( 30 د.ك ) على سعر الحجز للدخول قبل الموعد
• يمنع إقامة الحفلات بجميع أنواعها
• يتم خصم مبلغ ( 50-100 د.ك ) من التأمين في حال استلام الشالية غير نظيف نتيجه عن الأهمال المتعمد
• يتم خصم مبلغ ( 30 د.ك ) من التأمين عن كل ساعه تأخير عن موعد الخروج
• التأجير للعائلات فقط
• ‏في حال الحجز يمنع ارجاع التأمين عند الالغاء مبالغ الحجز غير مرتجعه
• يسترجع قيمه التامين ما بين يوم الى 5 ايام عمل
• التامين مضاف ضمن الحجز 100دك اوتوماتيك 
• في حال تَسبّب المستأجر في تكسير أي من أغراض الشاليه، يلتزم بدفع قيمة مادية تعادل سعر القطعة المتضررة، ولا يُقبل استبدالها أو تصليحها بشكل شخصي. وفي حال عدم الالتزام بذلك، سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.

Chalet Rental Terms and Conditions:

1. Prices vary during holidays and special occasions.

2. Check-in and check-out time is at 2:00 PM.

3. An additional charge of KD 30 will be added to the booking price for early check-in before 2:00 PM.

4. All types of parties are strictly prohibited.

5. A deduction of KD 50–100 will be made from the security deposit if the chalet is returned in an unclean condition due to deliberate negligence.

6. A deduction of KD 30 per hour will be made from the deposit for each hour of delay after the check-out time.

7. Families only are allowed to rent the chalet.

8. In case of booking cancellation:

   • The deposit is non-refundable.

   • Booking fees are non-refundable.

9. The security deposit (KD 100) is automatically included in the booking and will be refunded within 1 to 5 working days after checkout if all conditions are met.

10. Damages:

    • If the tenant causes damage or breakage to any of the chalet's property, they are required to pay the full replacement cost of the damaged item.

    • Personal repair or replacement is not accepted.

    • If the tenant fails to comply, legal action will be taken in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
